REALTOR'S DIARY

Ok also if I am not working into real estate agency I still comeback sometime in the office for definition some details about a SALE of mine but as I wrote some time ago I am also searching a House, the problem is that being a realtor inside I know exactly what I want and what I don't, I understand at first sight which kind of renovation works the house need and one very important problem is most of perfect houses on the paper are only ON SALE while I'm looking to rent a property, do renovation work in my actual apartment, so I can sell It better and then I can buy a new property...

I must to confess that my actual apartment has a lot of pros: is near center, there are several services in the neighborhood (commercial centre, bus services, little shops), there is a lot of green and rooms of my apartment are large, while new constructions are a lot more tiny...

The cons are that I don't have a garden but a lot of animals, so a little garden is an essential part of my research...

However I am organizing my week and my work, doing a more serious research so I need to manage my time very very well...I must also to save more because from September I need to attend a realtor course to became a licensed realtor and it isn't cheap, it costs €425 and I'm not going to do withdrawal from my bank account for the moment...but course is essential if I would like to open my own real estate agency, this is also reason because I tend to keep good relations with colleagues and ex colleagues (this evening I have a birthday with one of my ex colleague):P

Some days ago a friend of mine asked what you must to know to understand if your agent is good or not, I've thought  and I said what I think...a good realtor must to be always honest and sincere, organize visit on places that client can really afford (this is why is always better ask to your bank how much would be your mortage) and isn't essential wear a suit, I closed several contract wearing jeans and gym shoes because if you wear a suit but you are uncomfortable you will do a bad job and your client will go away from you, while being prepared, well organized, honest and wearing comfortable clothes you'll do a very good job...and isn't bad say I don't know this but I'll inform about it and I'll call you to say, means that you are human and being a realtor you know that you're going to study for your entire life...
