For example this month country chociche for new business opportunities is CANADA, yes you need to have a VISA and maybe it coul be not so easy as you think but also not so complicated if you following the rules and the exact type of VISA you need (Startup Visa program, PErmanenet, Visa, Working holiday Visa).

Surely burocracy is a lot faster instead italian, infact there is a testimonial about a man that open a B&B in 48 hours...great....
Temperatures are not so warm as italy, but I think is normal being really near to Pole, is true temperatures change changind territories,in the oriental coast, during winter is between -5 and -15°C with frequent snow, in summer hot and humidity could be terrible.
In the opposite side (occidental coast) temperature is more warm (in January 0°C) but it is a lot rainy...a different thing is Yukon territory where temperature in bad season is -35°C (too much cold for me, no thanks).
You need to know english or french, you need to do test, write your resums with your name surname and contact but no photos, age for canadian are iportant references.
So why for Millionaire magazine could be cool move here?
