DO YOU WANT TO BUY A HOUSE?

How many times walkig in your neighborhood and/or in fron a great house have you thought: I'd like to have a house like this? In my mind a lot of times I said oh I like this, this and this, but is been only when I worked for real estate agency that I discovered my real ideal home!!!

Do you have an idea about what would you like to have: house, attic, flat? Have you fixed a budget? Do you have cashor are you goiing to ask for a mortage? Are you debt free or are you still paying something?
I know this seems a little bit an interrogatory but those a limited samples of realtors usually do.

Are you going to do research alone or are you going to go in real este agency? It's true do alone is a little bit more free but seriously believe, It could became a second full job really stressful, while with realtors you decide your time and days , and realtor helps a lot with burocracy, documents and financial side.

Important question: do you want a house that is already done without works to do? It's ok, it's your choiche but It can be really expensive...are you ready to look potential house with works to do, don't be scared, this kind of houses could be real gems with some works can became the ideal house of your dreams. I'm not saying that every house with works will became a gem, sometimes you will think (is it a joke or is serious?) but maybe you don't want to see a house 5 minutes away from your ideal (and expensive location) but it could help you to save on miney because that location is cheaper respect your favourite.
Have you found the ideal hose but you dont have still enough money, well, here we have  a sort of Compromise contrant "rent to buy", you found house, you want to do an offer butyou dont have all money so you must to talk with owner (and with realtor that help to negotiate is easier) and fix a term for example 3 year, during this period you'll pay a monthly rent and then in the end you'll buy the house.

If the house cost $/€ 120.000 and you pay a moonthly rent of $/€600, it mean a annual cost of $/€7200 that means at the end of period you'll paid $/€21.600
start price 12000 - rent of 3 years 21600= 98400 this is final priceù

It permits you to save also if you are going to ask a mortage(interest is minor respect the start price), but not all owners are open to this option.

For me there are 3 key words :
COMPARE,Fix appointments with different banks and see different option, never say yes and stop on first counseling, we are talking about your money.

 TALK CLEAR,first of all with yourself about what you really want and if realtor is offering something that you hate with all your heart say no, it is better do a long research and be happy that accept something that will make us unhappy

 COMPROMISE
This is the magic magic word about location (remember maybe the ideal house is 5 minutes away from your ideal location and it's cheaper), size and whatever you can compromise, if some areas you are not going to compromise SAY a big and Clear NO!
