OCTOBER GOALS



Today is first day of October and sky is terrible grey, however I’m glad toh ave a lovely trench perfect for these kind of days with strange temperatures….




I’ve noticed that also if I didn’t change my pant’s size my legs now are more toned than a month ago…probably the almost two hours of walking could be considered real gym, so probably I don’t need to pay gym subscription…but at the same time I’m reading Get that guy by Matthew Hussey and it suggest to attend gym or interesting places where is possible meet interesting guys…now into the book there is wrote that is necessary meet 200 men in a year, now considering that I work from Monday till Saturday morning and usually I work also during weekends until June, where I can find time to meet men? In the night I want absolutely sleep and you must to pass me all ancient men that I meet during my walking morning However I would like to do an interesting course in the gym that will start on November but it will be in the evening and usually I'm really really tired…

The other day I discover a lovely instagram page “THE BROKE AGENT” and it is hilarious but absolutely real!!! It's almost amonth that I am turning back into real estate agency world and work and I still like it, also if sometimes there are hard days...because you are entering in a group that works together from years and sometimes seems that you are walking upon a way make with broke eggs... But I work with knowlendge and being conscious about myself, this is the most important tip I can give to someone that would like to work into real estate agency (but I think believe in yourself is secret in every area)


for this month I have some personal goals:

  • fix appointment with hair stylist for hair colour (fixed for saturday 3rd of October at 4pm)
  • write realtor journal daily, so maybe I have a good book based on personal experience by the end of the year
  • read 2 books (The knock off and Get the Guy)
  • Eat vegetarian at least twice
  • Drink coffee with collegues twice per week
  • write snail mail to penpals ans send out
  • DIY and calligraphy exercise for greeting cards
  • Savings
  • attend free-low cost interesting event in town
  • side hustle 
  • walking 2 hour 3 times per week
  • Make a baked cake for collegues (only if I will have contract)

One thing that you must to do during job interview is smile, have a good voice (not too high/low volume/tone), not too much make up, clean hair and I suggest to study the agency so you'll be prepared on questions about their business and wear clean clothes, I can  remember that time that a friend of mine wore her favorite wh…

SANREMO SECONDA SERATA: PARLIAMO DI LOOK

Qest'anno ho deciso di guardarlo ma arrivo ad un certo punto ed il sonno vince però con rai replay vedo quello che mi sono persa e in alcuni casi devo dire meno male...
Iniziamo a parlare del look di Carlo Conti e la scelta migliore rispetto alla prima sera, oddio qualunque giacca scura sarebbe stata meglio di quella "da vecchio" della prima sera....comunque si inizia con le nuove proposte e lo devo dire ho una profonda invidia per i capelli di Marianne Mirage, che ha scelto un look molto bello ed elegante, la canzone è anche molto bella e secondo me avrà successo (e prima l'hanno passata in radio un paio di volte), Francesco Guasti e ok lo devo dire io ho un debole per gli uomini con la barbetta ma qui si esagera però il look non mi dispiace per niente e la canzone...si mi è piaciuta, gran bel timbro vocale il ragazzo, il terzo ad esibirsi è Braschi, giovane carino con la faccia da bravo ragazzo, canzone carina ed orecchiabile ma se devo dire se mi è piaciuta o meno,…
